My Story
Seven years ago, I became a first-time mom myself. Like many new mothers, I felt unprepared despite reading every book and attending every class. The reality of motherhood hit differently than I expected.
The sleepless nights were longer. The feeding challenges were more complex. The emotional rollercoaster was steeper. But through it all, I learned, adapted, and discovered what truly works – not just in theory, but in the messy, real-world experience of daily motherhood.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping other first-time moms navigate this journey with more confidence and less anxiety. What started as personal experience has grown into over 7 years of supporting thousands of new mothers through pregnancy, newborn care, and those critical early months.
